PURPOSE OF SERVICES

All readings and services provided are for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

• Clients accept that all information is given for them to use at their own discretion.

• Rachel Rocha accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on the reading or services offered.

• A reading or one-on-one Q&A session is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal counseling.

• Never delay in seeking medical advice, nor disregard any medical advice you have been given, because of intuitive information you receive.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Clients must be 18 years or older in order to participate in a reading or Q&A. If it becomes apparent during or before a session that a client is a minor, the reading will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

TERMINATION OF READINGS

Rachel Rocha reserves the right to end a session at any time if she deems it would be in the client’s—or her—best interest. A session may also be terminated if:

• She determines that the client is not responding positively, and/or there is serious risk to the client’s physical or mental health (or risk to someone else).

• The client displays aggressive, inappropriate, or otherwise negative or harmful behaviors.

• A connection with the client cannot be clearly achieved.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients accept full responsibility for accepting or not accepting any insights, guidance, and/or spiritual communication provided in a reading and/or Q&A session.

• Clients agree to be open-minded and not demand highly specific outcomes or answers.

• Clients accept that there are NO guarantees; Rachel cannot guarantee a particular person, outcome, or message will come through.

• Clients agree to not provide details / information about their departed loved ones before a reading.

• Clients agree to show up free from the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Clients understand Rachel cannot fully guarantee or warrant the accuracy of spiritual communication.

REFUNDS

• All services are final sale.  A return or refund may only be considered by Rachel Rocha under extenuating circumstances. 

• There are no refunds on readings or Q&A sessions that have already been completed.

• There are no refunds for cancelled appointments; however clients may reschedule their appointment if needed. (See “Cancellations and Rescheduling” section below.)

• Although it is rare, Rachel may end the session and offer a refund if a lack of clear connection is identified during the reading.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Readings may only be rescheduled if the original booking was paid in full.

• Clients must provide 24-hour notice when rescheduling. You may reschedule within 35 days of your originally scheduled time.

• If you are running late, please contact Rachel immediately via the “Contact” form. Appointments can begin late (up to 15 minutes), but appointment length cannot be extended. After 15 minutes with no communication, the appointment will be automatically canceled without a refund.

• Bookings made under discounts, promotions, giveaways, or complimentary offers are not eligible for rescheduling after a missed appointment.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE & PRICES

Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

Rachel Rocha reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. Rachel Rocha is not to be liable to a client or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a service.

ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Rachel Rocha reserves the right to refuse any booking or order you place. She may, in her sole discretion, limit or cancel services purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include services booked by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or purchases that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that Rachel makes a change to or cancels a service order, she may attempt to notify clients by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the booking was made.

Clients agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at the site.

Clients agree to update account and other information, including email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that Rachel can complete the transactions and reach out as needed.

The website of Rachel Rocha Spirit Medium may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Acuity, PayPal, Zoom). These are provided for information and convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by Rachel Rocha.

• Rachel has no control over the content or availability of linked websites and makes no warranties or representations about any of them.

• Any use of third-party websites, including bookings or payments, is entirely at the client’s own risk.

• Rachel accepts no liability for any damage or loss to property or persons in connection with the use of or reliance on information, products, or services accessed through such websites.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Rachel Rocha respects client privacy and is committed to protecting personal information.

Personal details collected during the booking process (e.g., name, email, and payment information) are used solely for the purpose of scheduling and delivering your reading.

Payment processing is handled securely through Acuity Scheduling, Square, PayPal, and Zoom.

• Acuity Scheduling: Used to manage bookings and appointment scheduling

• Square: Used for secure credit card transactions

• PayPal: Used for secure online payments

• Zoom: Used for meeting together virtually with audiovisual input

Rachel does not store or have access to your full payment details. All transactions are processed through these third-party providers in accordance with their own privacy and security policies.

By booking a reading, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that when making payments, you are also subject to the privacy policies of Acuity Scheduling, Square, PayPal, and Zoom.

Rachel is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party providers.
