Although I will often get information regarding general health, specific questions surrounding a client’s medical issues cannot be answered. This includes (but is not limited to) questions of pregnancy timing, fertility, specific diagnoses, treatment outcomes, mental and emotional health, weight loss, medications, etc. If you need support for any of the above, please seek guidance from a licensed therapist, mental health or medical professional.

Questions surrounding criminal cases or legal issues will not be read on. This includes, but is not limited to, courtroom outcomes, petty crime, law enforcement involvement, custody battles, forensic data, and divorce. If you are experiencing issues with any of the above, please seek guidance from a certified legal professional.

I do not answer any questions regarding the wellbeing of third parties. These questions could entail things like wanting to know how another person is feeling, what they are doing, etc. If a client insists on gaining insight on the feelings, whereabouts, or motives of a third party not involved, the reading will have to be terminated immediately and a refund will not be provided.

Unless you are booking a mediumship reading for 2 people, all other sessions are done on a one-on-one basis. This means I do not allow any third party to sit in, observe, or listen to our session in real time. My messages are specific to YOU, and while it is possible that Spirit or a loved one might want to convey a message to a third party not present, my sessions are intended for the person whose name is booked during the time slot and sitting for the session. If a client insists on having a third party present without paying for the “reading for 2” option, or if it becomes apparent that there is a third party present, the reading will be terminated without a refund.

I require all clients to be at least 18 years of age or older. If it becomes apparent during or before a session that the client is a minor, the reading will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
